      Pros

      Prior to the merger with Cablevision, IT was a fantastic, collaborative environment. A few of those people are still with the company, but there are fewer every day.

      Cons

      Cablevision management ruined the company in every way.

      Pros

      Peers were kind, supportive, and friendly. Ok compensation.

      Cons

      Leadership was constantly changing and bringing in new employees to fix issues that wouldn't be fixed by them; the company's strategy wasn't on point. Slow promotions and career development/advancement.
