Pros

Benefits Complimentary services. Good employees. Vehicles provided for field workers

Cons

No way to check ZERO on the rating above. Complimentary services soon to be taken away from some employees when they are moved - this is public knowledge- over to the new company Altice Tech US and basically become contractors for Altice US. However they plan to compensate the employees for the cost of the services, and if they do this then it won't be so bad. Their excuse is Altice Tech are not Altice US employees and must be treated like contractors. Know this much if you are interested in working here. Management does not care about you. They don't, but if they do pretend to be interested they are not. At all times you will be a number on the books and a tool for the machine and if you fail to provide the value they want you will be gone in a heartbeat. Seniority doesn't matter unless you are one of the old ones, then you will probably be introduced to the layoff package they float around the office. They have no place for people of age and lay-offs are common right now. Expect to take your turn cleaning the office and bathrooms. They don't have a service for that right now. Do not expect to be asked for your input. You serve the machine only. Decisions are made at the top and sent down without warning and the only acceptable response will be your compliance. Do not trust HR to have your back. HR is the legal machine that keeps Altice out of trouble. Expect to be given 20-35 minutes for work that requires 1-3 hours. Managers have untouchable egos. At least one in the regional office does and he doesn't mind telling everyone around him how great he is or how much you don't know. Jerry Kent is no longer the CEO. He did well but this score is for the new owners.

Pros

Working from home is a nice perk

Cons

Everything if i could give a 0 i would, the company cuts commission in half due to their billions of dollars debt and they make it the employees problem, treat the employees like trash, you get yelled at by your supervisor like they own you, you get treated like a slave, when you do good you're the best thing that's ever happened to them but when you're struggling which btw is their own fault, you are the worst thing that has ever happened, the company purposefully sends calls to departments they don't belong so they mess with your numbers, employees from departments overseas make the customer's life so impossible that good employees get treated like garbage by customers too, you can't win like EVERRR, you get hawked even by the higher ups like CEO level people on your calls when you're just a regular employee, they keep letting people go left and right, if you do bad you're gone but if you also do too good you're also gone, nobody is safe and you're told that constantly on a daily basis.
