This company has been listed as one of the top places to work in Orange County for multiple years. After experiencing it for myself, I can understand how they earned this title. Optimum provides a great place to work and gives the option to work in office or at home. They are extremely flexible on schedules and offer multiple options, so managers can obtain the work life balance they need. The company provides you with all the training required to get the job done and set you up for success. You will work closely with your assigned Director to ensure all Associations are running smoothly and advise you on any issues you may occur. Cons
Homeowners/Board Members - This can vary from Associations but as with anyone trying to enforce rules, you might be viewed as the bad guy. Board Members can be difficult to work with and its up to you lead the Association and Meetings. You will experience some homeowners that will just let you have it and in my opinion this job does require you to be thick-skinned. Please note while this is a con when dealing with Associations it doesn't reflect on Optimum themselves. Con/Pro Salary - Optimum is on the smaller side and there might be other companies who offer more money for the same job. While yes more money is always great, these other companies aren't set up with a streamlined process. Due to that, you will experience past employees trying to come back. I recommend being clear with your salary expectation upfront and showcase your worth to company.
