      Agile working. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Having to go into the office when I feel this is not needed and agile working can be fulltime and save Orbit money on office space, the main reason for this is due to parking, there is not enough parking at the office and woman are expected to walk 10 minutes in the dark with valuables to an overflow carpark,

      Pros

      Great autonomy, work life balance and staff that genuinely care about the customers. Orbit are a good employer.

      Cons

      I haven't been at orbit long, but progression pathways are not too clear yet.
