      Pros

      Good pay and people work hard to help each other

      Cons

      Systems are constantly breaking down or just too slow/old. Some people just don’t want to work at all but are untouchable. No accountability and little responsibility since management knows they can’t be relied upon so those that do work are stretched very thin and burn out.

      Pros

      I got to work on a very interesting project with amazing people. The experience I gained was invaluable.

      Cons

      Management was a bit "all over the place" and I was eventually let go immediately after requesting higher pay due to feeling that I was doing more than the work of a full-time engineer.
