Pros

- A fantastic amount of freedom and autonomy to implement new ideas and collaborate with others on different ways of doing things - HQ in the Cloud means we can hire people all over the world and are less restricted by location meaning a wider pool of talent - An amazingly supportive team that help each other achieve team objectives rather

Cons

- As we are still relatively new to hiring and working remotely, we are still working out the logistics of doing this well - (good news though is that there is a new Culture and Engagement manager and initiatives to help with this)

Dear alumni O-member, Thank you for sharing your feedback and thank you for your work with us. :) We're glad to read you were able to get a lot of experience and exposure and we hope that was a plus for your future experiences. Regarding the layoffs, unfortunately, the last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to take very difficult decisions that had a direct impact on our employees in the beginning of the year. We wish you all the best, People team
