Dear O-member, Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to see that you like the people at Otrium and the way we were able to compensate you and the benefits we’re offering in general. We’re sorry to read about your feelings regarding our strategy, but do realize it’s been a tough year in that respect. We had to adjust to very different market circumstances, but strongly feel that we found the best way forward in this tougher environment and are very much looking forward to bringing this to life in practice. Thank you again for your review, Talent&Culture team.

Pros

- Young and dynamic company with a focus on sustainability - Opportunity to implement new ideas/processes since the company is still in its formation years

Cons

- Poor leadership across all levels - From a lack of topline transparency around company performance and topline company goals to line managers who do not empower their teams, instead micro manage and bully various team members. - No trainings available or self improvement initiatives - No support available in terms of a HR team - No opportunity to increase salary in line with inflation unless promoted or taking on additional tasks

We appreciate you taking the time to share some feedback with us. It’s great to hear you had the opportunity to implement new processes and thank you for your contributions. We are pleased to share that we have adjusted our teams pay in line with inflation, effective of November. Leadership plays a critical role in shaping the culture and success of any organisation. We are continuously learning from feedback both positive and constructive that we receive, in order to create a more nurturing and supportive environment for our diverse teams in an inclusive and positive manner.

Pros

- A fantastic amount of freedom and autonomy to implement new ideas and collaborate with others on different ways of doing things - HQ in the Cloud means we can hire people all over the world and are less restricted by location meaning a wider pool of talent - An amazingly supportive team that help each other achieve team objectives rather

Cons

- As we are still relatively new to hiring and working remotely, we are still working out the logistics of doing this well - (good news though is that there is a new Culture and Engagement manager and initiatives to help with this)
