Thanks for sharing your feedback. Stability is tough in an every changing environment but it's great to see that you are embracing the atmosphere and acknowledging the efforts we put into organising things. We feel like we are out of the worse of it in terms of our turnover and thankfully the majority of our departures were short term freelance options as opposed to permanent O-Members which can sometimes be just as challenging, but it was also expecting when using contingent workers for projects. Looking forward to the future, where we will continue to foster a great culture, we will continue to review compensation and where we will strive towards building on our increasing retention levels and reduction in freelance support to help with stability 😀

Dear alumni O-member, Thank you for sharing your feedback and thank you for your work with us. :) We're glad to read you were able to get a lot of experience and exposure and we hope that was a plus for your future experiences. Regarding the layoffs, unfortunately, the last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to take very difficult decisions that had a direct impact on our employees in the beginning of the year. We wish you all the best, People team
