Pros

The people that work here are solid. My and others local General Managers and Sales Managers and office support staff are solid.

Cons

Sales Force gets crumbs while the funding of our supposed "future" sucks us dry. No change in 2018 to the Commission program thats so complicated and retarded it's comical. It still has a 10% hold back of our money. Budgets when you finally get them are wrong and you have to fight with analysts to get it right. No respect for the Sales Force. Worse now then when we were part of CBS. Executive Leadership has no spine. Too much over hiring. Overspending. Don't trust the Executive Sales Leadership. Future looks grim for Sales Force. Morale sucks and Executive Leadership doesn't care. People are losing more respect for CEO Jeremy Male every day.

Pros

Working as a Billing Coordinator at OUTFRONT Media has been a highly rewarding experience, especially for anyone who values structure, teamwork, and a fast‑paced environment. The company provides a strong foundation for developing both technical billing skills and cross‑departmental communication, and it’s clear that accuracy and accountability are taken seriously across the organization.

Cons

The con for me was my 1-hour commute.

Pros

Truly loved the company and honestly wish I was able to stay. Creative freedom, ambitious advertising, and great client interactions with teams that truly believe and support you. The job is seriously what you make it and it helps to be a sales person at heart as a creative in the role being able to present and even sell some of the work you show. Ultimately a great place to work and build a career around.

Cons

Only issue I truly had with the company was my results were outperforming peers of mine and constantly being told I was “printing money” for the company just to be denied raises/promotions. Negotiations for raises here are hard to sell and slow to come by as well. I ultimately left because I was offered 20k more elsewhere when I originally only asked OUTFRONT for another 10k. Seriously a great company and high recommend but the pay is the hardest part of it all when you’ve got bills and debts to pay.
