great friedly environment perfect location in the heart of camden, always buzzing with people. after work drinks always on fridays. Birthdays and occasions are always celebrated after work.

Cons

can be a bit of dog eat dog scenario between sales marketing and design teams. A bit political.

-part of CBS Corporation -leading out of home advertising media in UK -busy, competitive environment -great learning experience especially if you are in sales/marketing/franchise

Cons

-limited career progression -limited training opportunities -competitive culture, not very friendly environment -compensation & benefits are below the market median especially for support functions

The people that work here are solid. My and others local General Managers and Sales Managers and office support staff are solid.

Cons

Sales Force gets crumbs while the funding of our supposed "future" sucks us dry. No change in 2018 to the Commission program thats so complicated and retarded it's comical. It still has a 10% hold back of our money. Budgets when you finally get them are wrong and you have to fight with analysts to get it right. No respect for the Sales Force. Worse now then when we were part of CBS. Executive Leadership has no spine. Too much over hiring. Overspending. Don't trust the Executive Sales Leadership. Future looks grim for Sales Force. Morale sucks and Executive Leadership doesn't care. People are losing more respect for CEO Jeremy Male every day.
