They have a relatively clean code base, based on a major PHP framework.
Cons
The corporate politics was absolutely lethal. I saw great devs PIPed and fired for no reason, especially the PHP docker expert. No one would allow him to fix the existing, and broken, Docker dev environment and then when he did massive work for PHP 8, they let him go, because he was saying how the Google Cloud migration would cost way too money. Six months later, I was laid off because, well, the migration to Google Cloud busted the budget just as that guy had warned us all, and OvationCXM had a mass layoff, me included. We should have listened to him more and not the new CTO.
