I have been here for over 5 years - Operations PALM Health Employee Review

I've worked at PALM for 5 years now, and I can't imagine working anywhere else. The company culture really prioritizes the well-being of both its clients and its staff (we are very much encouraged to utilize our employee membership benefits!), and and I have found that open dialogue and honest feedback is valued and encouraged. PALM has a very collaborative environment, where everyone is dedicated to helping each other and keeping things running smoothly. The best part about PALM is the people!

It's a growing company and sometimes change happens very quickly, which is to be expected.

- upper management communicates in passive aggressive ways to staff rather than providing support or clear expectations - values wealthier clients and excludes or oppresses lower income clients - very high rate of turnover in lower level positions because employees dont feel valued - members can be very entitled and rude to employees
