Lack of Accountability in Leadership - Administrator PCA Employee Review

Lack of leadership accountability, lack of empathy, poor response to employee feedback, absence of communication. Resistance to progress and efficiency, micromanagement and blatant nepotism... could go on but those are the main issues in my opinion.
