PCA took a bad company and made it worse when they bought Boise. Good ole boy network is alive and well, the hidden pay gap is huge and to add insult to injury, those on the lower end of the gap do all of the work, while the good ole boy cronies give each other 20 percent raises behind the scenes. I accidently found proof which made me sick after working 80+ weeks for nothing.

We used to be Boise Cascade. Since PCA bought out Boise we have been dealing with a corporate management with little dog syndrome. It creates a hostile work environment. Yelling and cursing at direct reports in front of hourly, etc. Our organization has lost a lot of knowledge due to this behavior. Many senior employees left for a better working experience.
