Toxic environment - Anonymous employee PCA Employee Review

I came to work on my first day with an upbeat and cheerful attitude until one employee had an attitude for no reason at all and that person claimed victim and everyone in management was on that employees side, which was not fair at all. The manager's are unprofessional and judgmental they did not take out the time to hear my side of the story. They just ran with the negativity of what that employee had said and so did some of the other employees that work there. They should be ashamed of themselves. Everyone should have dignity and respect for one another.
