Pros

Remote work & flexibility in schedule is good. Decent amt of holidays & pto accrual

Cons

Tons of micromanaging. Salaries are extremely lower than the national average. Health insurance is a huge joke. It's ridiculously expensive, they keep raising the rates & doesn’t cover anything. You're constantly worried about job security. They give and take away your autonomy. Horrendous communication. Unrealistic expectations. Lies. Promises of room for growth when there really is none. This past year they only gave us a piddly 2.5% raise, while Dave Jones & board members continue to make bank. They even acquired new companies instead of taking care of the employees they have. They basically slap their employees in the face and never reward accordingly. What's worse, is they wouldn't allow any managers to give a performance review rating of "exceeds ecpectations".... no matter how hard that employee works. All employees are overworked and overstressed. Management and senior management don't care one way or another. You're discouraged from trying to excel within the company. There's virtually no employee engagement. Certain directors make people's lives miserable with their constant need for control, micromanaging, passive aggresive statements and questions, a bully, unprofessional, never goes to bat for their employees.

Pros

The team lead and team members were phenomenal. We had each other's backs and got our work done efficiently and accurately.

Cons

Management and HR. We worked 50+ hours a week with little pay compared to the expertise we had. When we tried to have adult conversations about it, the doors were shut in our faces. Then, when we worked together to figure out how to either make this situation better or find a new situation, I was threatened with a lawsuit.

We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience and appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback. It’s concerning to learn that you felt unheard or unsupported, as threats or dismissal of employee concerns are not aligned with our values. While we can’t address specific claims or legal matters publicly, we take concerns regarding management practices, HR processes, and compensation seriously. We recognize that merger transitions can be challenging and are continually reviewing how employee concerns are raised and handled during these periods. We also regularly evaluate compensation to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, and we acknowledge that clearer communication is essential. We regret that your experience did not reflect the environment we aim to provide and wish you success in your future career.
