      Flexi timings, Good working atmosphere, San Jose office is most happening place compare to Munich Germany office

      Cons

      Layoffs without any prior notice. Discrimination between Asian and German's in Germany Munich PDF office. They laid off all skilled people in Germany to save local german engineers. Long working hours to support clients. Mismanagement by Top officials.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were benign for the most part.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. The division I worked in was chaotic and reactive. People were so busy putting out fires that there was no room for a path towards growth as an employee.
