      Layoffs and long working hours

      Pros

      Flexi timings, Good working atmosphere, San Jose office is most happening place compare to Munich Germany office

      Cons

      Layoffs without any prior notice. Discrimination between Asian and German's in Germany Munich PDF office. They laid off all skilled people in Germany to save local german engineers. Long working hours to support clients. Mismanagement by Top officials.

      Smart people small company Work is good if you are in semiconductor side. Software is a hell-hole.

      Cons

      where to start no 401k match no brokerage link account for 401k no HSA match from employer work in downtown- really in 2 different floors? which genuis thought of this? dental and vision only 1 option HR is abysmal. They never pick phones up.

      Pros

      Headquarter has good location and there are opportunities for many for travel. Co-workers are intelligent, interested in learning and solving problems, are customer-focused, and have lots of energy and good ideas.

      Cons

      Small group of inbred execs and senior engineers make moving up through the organization nearly impossible. There seems to be no succession planning nor opportunities for career development. Many managers give little if any performance feedback and don't work with you to further your career.
