Pros
Work in many different areas and develop skills. You're not held back from learning. The people below management level are all pretty easy to get along with. Flexible hours. The company will continue to grow in spite of itself because the founders had a brilliant idea. New building, and clean-ish.
Cons
Pay is abysmal. Leadership feckless, schizophrenic, and makes you wonder what planet they live on. We get told all the time how much they value us, yet will not hesitate to cut you off at the knees to serve their own purpose. Many decisions will leave you feeling like you got hit by a bus, in the Call Center (which works the agents like they're in a sweatshop) and IT especially. Company just went through a major software change and is floundering because of it. Bad decisions regarding the upgrade have put the brand in question. You're basically just waiting for the day you get fired.
