      Really collaborative environment Good product Good people who want to get things done Not very hierarchical Lots of opportunities for ownership and accountability

      Internal comms could be better Lots of things happening at the same time and not always in conjunction to one-another. Need stronger prioritisation

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
