Pros

You will learn how to survive in a toxic environment.

Cons

The new CFO. Her cold, distant, and completely out-of-touch leadership style lacks any human element and has directly triggered an absolute exodus of finance talent. Because of this toxic environment at the top, the company has rapidly lost key roles in finance. The department is bleeding institutional knowledge, and it seems it is not ending... Blatant hypocrisy: Management forces a strict 3-day-a-week return-to-office mandate on the regular staff, but senior leaders ignore their own rules. If you are close to the executive team, you get an exception. If you aren't, you are forced to commute. It is a classic "rules for thee, but not for me" culture.

Pros

International atmosphere. That's about it.

Cons

Before I write my review, please note how pretty much all the positive reviews from the last year or two are short and vague. I am 100% convinced that the company is writing fake reviews to boost their rating on Glassdoor. Hypocrisy at its finest. They don't stop talking about inclusivity and making PPRO a great place to work but in reality it's the most toxic place I've ever worked at. Nepotism everywhere, low salaries, no bonuses. They keep talking about speaking up, however the anonymous surveys mysteriously disappeared long ago. Monthly meetings that are a sad way to try to trick the employees into thinking the company is doing well when in reality it's one fire after another. Constant layoffs that make no sense. Very dangerous corner-cutting. Honestly, I could go on and write pages and pages, but most of what I'd say has been covered in other reviews from the last ~18 months. Just stay away from this company, it is a honest warning from someone who wouldn't like an honest, hard-working person to be mistreated by this company.
