      Pros

      Good salary, good benefits, great culture and colleagues and supportive management.

      Cons

      Subjective to a particular manager who’s hot tempered and obsessive micromanaging character makes it very hard to work with this person. Probably the worst experience in my life dealing with such a manager who constantly puts me down and make me feel like I owe this person my job. Apart from that everybody else has been really supportive.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      Communication between different functions can be poor.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
