Pros
Feels like home from day one. People are genuinely supportive, collaborative, and driven by shared goals. There's healthy competition, but it's never at the expense of others—quite the opposite. PPRO is a place where you're encouraged to grow both professionally and personally, all while working towards meaningful results as a team.
Cons
Honestly? They spoil us too much! Endless snacks, fresh fruit, drinks of every kind… it’s going to be really hard to work anywhere else after this. Leaving PPRO might require emotional support (and a snack stash).
