Poor leadership on high posts ( excluding bosses).
Transparency is not followed by the middle layer which causing a loss for the company.
Unnecessary positions such as leaders who are not even able to speak English fluently.

Cons
1. Salary was far too less but that should not be a concern for a learner as it will grow in time and they do pay
2. Project execution of most clients were done in waterfall manner while few were following scrum.
3. No epf, health insurace whatsoever so gives a late start in your pf journeys
