We really appreciate it when people come to us in-person and give us the opportunity to try and solve for their concerns through in-person / face-to-face interactions. We do recognize that we don't always please everyone with our decisions, but we very much value the opportunity to have a two-way, in-person, face-to-face, dialogue.
