Not much to speak of

Traditional outdated in office views with a strong reluctance for management to allow staff to work remotely. High School like environment where dobbing and highlighting mistakes in front of colleagues by management is a constant. Minimal training and support. Very little encouragement. Not a place to develop or learn the insurance industry. High turnover of staff.
