      Pros

      Large Corporate entity able to negotiate with Insurers resulting in positive outcomes for clients

      Cons

      Management is known to show favouritism and i have personally heard management speak ill of current and former employees. Current office has fostered a 'Boys Club' mentality. Corporate also asked all employees to leave reviews on this website as they have had issues in attracting new staff and retaining current staff.

      Work life balance - People work 9-5 literally. Nice pantry with great coffee.

      Cons

      Noninclusive and toxic environment. Ignorant management. They always open to talk but never actually listen.

      Not much to speak of

      Cons

      Traditional outdated in office views with a strong reluctance for management to allow staff to work remotely. High School like environment where dobbing and highlighting mistakes in front of colleagues by management is a constant. Minimal training and support. Very little encouragement. Not a place to develop or learn the insurance industry. High turnover of staff.
