Incompetent leadership, lack of concern for the “lowly ones” in new business, ridiculous expectations regarding productivity from management that has NO CLUE what we do for a days work. The top leaders live in the clouds and the lower level leaders are idiots (not all, most - new business specifically). Upper management hosts meetings to pretend to care about how we feel but in reality they couldn’t care less. We’re just bodies to them and they’re already outsourcing 60-80% of our work to India so bottoms up I guess!
Also - they infiltrated a small community under the guise that they would give back to the community and create more jobs and received thousands and thousands of dollars in grant money for bringing business to the area and turned around and laid off almost every employee from the Lynchburg area. Pacific Life pretends to be a good company but they’re just as cut throat as any other place out there.
