- Great pay and benefits - Nice office location, view and facilities

Cons

- The definition of cliquey - Management very set in their ways - Some awful stories about the poor behaviour of Senior Management is always a concern - Archaic systems and processes - No work-life balance - Very old-school, boozey culture - if you don't drink to excess, you will not fit in here...

Great Colleagues, friendly environment, go the extra mile for events and raising money for charity.

Cons

Workforce turnover is high, seems to be a boys club culture at senior management level, % of hires are based on who you know and not what you know. Higher focus is needed on professionalism.
