Pros

I appreciated my department’s resilience to laugh through the pain, and how we were able to support each other during crises.

Cons

Honestly, I’m trying to remember a time when a bomb didn’t get dropped at an All Staff Meeting or Team Meeting and when things were operationally stable. It feels like staff are the last to know operational/organizational changes when they are the ones who have to quickly execute and communicate them to the general public. PacSci’s culture seems to be very reactive and lacks structure for staff to succeed in their role and grow professionally.
