Pros

They do a good job enticing new employees, so they are able to quickly fill positions left open by leavers. You'll always get to see fresh new faces.

Cons

Very high turnover rate. Nobody knows what's going on because everybody either leaves after they get sick of the way 'management' is 'running' the company, or they get fired. Still floating mainly from tribal knowledge, which gets weaker with every new generation of staff. One of the high-ups struts around threatening to fire people constantly, else babels incoherently. Most 'management' is conducted via email, serially, from different 'managers,' which tends to cause more damage and confusion than good. Phone calls during any one of the frequent crises that erupt range from hysterical to unintelligible, and this is but one avenue for people to rage-quit. Hardware/software/development platforms are all outdated by years, security is a joke, and there's no innovation or 'product' worth mention. Watch your step, lest you land on piles of dog poo that litter the carpets.

Pros

There isn't anything good to say about this company at all.

Cons

Management will treat you like garbage. If you are a female or belong to a minority group, RUN from this company. As this company discriminates everyone that is not male. There is a lot of favoritism inside the company. It's a very toxic workplace.
