We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and it's great to hear about the strong collaboration among your colleagues. We're sorry to hear that the changes following the acquisition have caused concern. We understand that times of transition can be difficult, and we're committed to making these decisions with empathy and as much transparency as possible. Your feedback on cost optimization, including travel and structural changes, is important to us, and we'll take it into account as we continue to integrate our teams. Our goal is to build a strong future for our employees, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our people are truly our greatest asset, and it’s wonderful to see that culture reflected in your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges of our global nature. Coordinating across time zones and regions is a complex puzzle, and we recognise that communication can sometimes feel the strain of that distance. We are constantly looking for better ways to bridge these gaps to ensure every team member feels connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

Pros

There are no pros as everything, including benefits, are way below the standard market expectations.

Cons

- Favoritism among the AE’s. One in particular is the only one who gets any account she wants - Lack of strategy to launch the product competitively within the market so there are no inbound leads or interest - Interface is outdated so its hard to compete and win once you’re in a deal - Every AE with exception to one are not set up for success
