Pros

The different teams you work with have amazing people in them. always available to support you

The company was acquired, and the US exec team who pay themselves too much and fly all over the place, and at the same time making redundancies, saying they need to make cost savings.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and it's great to hear about the strong collaboration among your colleagues. We're sorry to hear that the changes following the acquisition have caused concern. We understand that times of transition can be difficult, and we're committed to making these decisions with empathy and as much transparency as possible. Your feedback on cost optimization, including travel and structural changes, is important to us, and we'll take it into account as we continue to integrate our teams. Our goal is to build a strong future for our employees, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Pros

Great culture, great people, flexible working, support from leadership team, the people who love working for PageUp REALLY love working for PageUp. Real investment from the leadership team on improving things.

Cons

Some people feel like there is very biased favouritism against who is listened to/valued/promoted and who isn't. Salaries probably slightly below market rate.
