No bonuses. No raises. Not even pizza parties.... Except for the slice you can get after doing the pointless "mandatory" monthly townhall. Favoritism. Gossip. No follow-through from admin and very little support. Lack of work-life balance. Constant boundary crossing from supervisors. Severe lack of professionalism and always understaffed. And the "benefits" are bogus. No sick pay. No holidays off. Very little PTO.
