Pros
Great team of nurses and techs. Making an impact on patients.
Cons
Low pay. Management is the worst. It’s been 4 years and they still can’t figure out a decent set schedule for the techs. Every half year to a year there’s always a new CEO & DON to meet & greet. ALWAYS understaffed. Favoritism by far. Unqualified staff getting hired for high positions. They never care about their employees working the floor cause they aren’t the ones exposed to the risks of being face to face with psych patients for 12 hrs. Toxic work environment.
