Pros
There is great flexibility in arranging one's hours. Hmm what they say and what they do... well which side of their mouth do they want to speak from???
Cons
The organization is working to go paperless. However, there are LAYERS of redundancy wherein one is required to re-enter the same data multiple times. This creates an opportunity for errors and way too much file handling. There are long time employees clinging to the former ways of doing business. I am talking about 25-30 year employees attempting to block forward progress b/c it causes them to be uncomfortable. Deadwood is the word that comes to mind here. I get it that their experience is so valuable but the lack of flexibility and adapting to new more efficient ways of work is just bogging the entire organization down. This is 2014 not 1975. Let's get away from using crayons and brown paper bags.
