Pros
Great people, great benefits, room for growth is you can dodge the politics. Training as needed and good experience stepping stone towards working for a better employer.
Cons
Very poor senior management, shocking GM! Corporate Marketing runs the company, victimization of staff by senior corporate marketing if you don't do what they want. No bonuses, pay raises are rare if ever. HR are clueless and puppets to the COO and Marketing. Find a different career if I were you.
