The pros of working for Panavision are they are the leading service company in film and TV and will service your production to the best standard. You can gain great skills that would help you in many other areas of the industry. A great history of innovation in the film and TV industry.

Cons

The cons of working for Panavision are the pay isn't fair for the work you do. They are not enthusiastic about training. They no longer seem interested in the same innovation of the 1950s and 60s which is what made them great in the first place.
