Pros

I love working at PandaDoc. It's the best place I've worked so far and my feedback and suggestions are definitely taken seriously. I've seen some results from my feedback on our Internal Knowledge Base already.

Cons

The downsides are present with any call center job, where you have KPIs to meet and sometimes frustrating customers to deal with. It can be stressful to take chats when it is really busy. This is not really a big con though because the times we are in the chat queue are limited and working tickets is much more sedate. In general our customers are polite and friendly and the teams we work with are responsive to their needs.

Pros

Good people. A good product. That's about it.

Cons

PandaDoc treats people like expendable cogs. They expect each individual to take on the responsibilities of 6 different roles. There is no work/life balance. Employees don't feel like they can take time off because the workload is so intense. Leadership expects AI to solve everything with no real plan or strategy on how to scale AI usage. Each week is a sprint to get projects done amidst ridiculous deadlines. There is no defined product roadmap, so everyone is flying blind as priorities constantly shift. Leadership is never held accountable. All in all, this is an incredibly toxic work environment. If you're a recent college grad, this is a good place for you. Anyone tenured, experienced, etc. avoid this company at all costs.
