They aren't clear about what they're looking for, offering fixed-term contracts, couldn't clarify as they pay in USD who takes the current risk. Also wanted me to go through a SIX stage interview process.

Overall great culture, hard-working colleagues and a lot of opportunities to grow professionally, work-life balance

Cons

Since the recession hit, transparency and autonomy instantly evaporated. Executive leadership seems disconnected from reality and generates tons of pivoting ideas. Career growth opportunities for employees are non-existent anymore.
