Pros
Currently, none. FYI, the positive reviews come from new hires. Onboarding is great, and it’s all rah rah rah, and then 3 months in, HR asks you to write a review. So take the good ones with a grain of salt.
Cons
It used to be a great place to work two years ago. Now, not so much. Callous new leadership in the C-suite and Executive team constantly undermine and micromanage employees who are experts in their areas. Growth has also stalled over a lack of direction and an actual strategy. The strategy has been the same for three years, but they keep repackaging it and calling it something new. There are a ton of inefficiencies created by leadership, yet you'll hear them constantly say how much they want to eliminate inefficiency (it gets tiring to hear). In reality, you spend more time creating docs for leadership to prove you're working than time actually doing work that matters. The saddest part for me is how much the culture has tanked. A wave of talented people have left out of frustration or been let go by new leaders who seem to be having a great time flexing their egos.
