Pros
Great people and diversity at lower level roles. Pay is competitive. Benefits are standard.
Cons
Mid to senior level roles lack diversity. Diverse talent leaves because there is not strong mentorship programs, dedication to diversity etc. We complain and get a training session then never talk about it again. Company doesnt address issues on productions and corporate well that have gone on for years. Are you LGBTQ+ or racially diverse? Be prepared for daily microaggressions from people who state daily that they are dedicated to diversity and equity. 401K match and stock programs have gotten worse over the past few years. Flexibility in roles is offered more to execs. You cant ask for much if youre lower level
