Pros
Beautifully manicured lot and some nice people. Steady work due to downsizing, so you do stay busy. Volunteer opportunities are great, especially the annual volunteer community day. Lots of support staff roles to get your feet wet and gain at least some entertainment experience.
Cons
Unfortunately, they are a company that say things just for legal requirements, but they won't work to bring them to fruition like, inner-mobility, tuition reimbursement and diversity. Executives feel threatened and therefore share no information on their departments, which ultimately contributed to the demise of this company. You cannot be an individual. You must conform, which means there is no real growth with this company. They don't provide reference checks like any respectable company, so be sure not to use anyone currently working for the company as a reference.
