Pros
(Used to) look good on a cv, people (used to) work hard. Management does the best possible in a steeply declining situation. Nice offices but becoming tatty.
Cons
The US makes ALL marketing decisions and the UK is simply an implementer of what theoretically works in America. HR no longer relevant, no longer a place to get help. Just payroll and rules. The fun is gone. Most people I know would leave if there were other jobs in the industry.
