No growth and poor management - Public Relations Coordinator Paramount Pictures Employee Review

Management does not care about their employees, the work environment or promoting career growth. They rarely promote from within and will actively tell you that you will not see a promotion for many many years even at the assistant/coordinator level. High level managers are bitter and upset with their lives and careers and take it out on their lower level employees. There is a constant sense of distrust and dislike sewn between departments at all levels and within singular departments.
