Pros

- Generally, people are nice on the surface. - Good mentorship with reasonable job expectations.

Cons

- Lack of inclusivity. Although the people are nice, the workplace has a strong cliquey dynamic, making it difficult to integrate. Most employees stick to their existing social circles, unintentionally causing exclusion for newcomers. Coming from a more inclusive and supportive work environment, this transition was particularly tough. - The buddy system needs work. It felt more like a checkbox exercise than a real support system. After my first day, I was mostly left to navigate things on my own.

Pros

-They stink -They stink hard -They stink so hard you can literally do your work in 3 minutes a day

Cons

-Incompetent C Level executives -They are so unaligned with the market and their product -Some of the worst leaders I have ever worked with -5 VP of sales in North America in a year. -Don't worry about being great at your job, you will still be laid off -Arne, Steve, and Dana are 3 inept peas in a pod. -Go to market strategy is like a kid trying to color in a coloring book who is colorblind and armless -Working here is taking a step nay a leap back in your career
