Pros

Solid platform that is easy to demonstrate and has a strong logistics data foundation, one of the best in the market. Some amazing colleagues that will go above and beyond to help support your deals and customers.

Cons

A company’s culture is defined by the founders. Therefore welcome to Scrooge enterprises. I thought my grandmother was frugal. Every decision is based on, money in now, vs actually investing to scale the business. Leadership falsely believe the business has the clout and influence of a Microsoft or Apple. Except they don’t and every decision is based on shoe string budget or no budget at all. Just like a struggling hot dog stand in the middle of time square thinking itself as McDonald’s. Founders like to surround themselves with people who praise them like some kind of logistics Gods…and if you challenge them you are pushed out. Humility and humbleness are void. Branding and strategy changes as the wind blows or on a bi-annual basis, which ever comes first, no joke. If it were getting better and awe inspiring then great, but that is not the case. Welcome to high school marketing 101. Sales leadership changes like the kings guards. Especially in one region. The sales leadership are amateurs and some do not understand the industry or lack experience. Regional nuances of doing business are overlooked and even mocked. Theory is not going to scale your business, action will. Sales leader lack active listening and will parrot your questions repeatedly on customer calls which derails the conversation for quickly. Sharing an idea or putting in a request with any sales leader is where your ideas go to die. These “leaders” are only there as puppets with no authority. A better way to put it is … they are as useful as a chocolate tea pot… if you know you know 😂 The business strategy is pure outbound via the sales team in hopes a big whale will be lured in and remember you will be provided with little to no budget. Their “investment” is you. Be the mule that you are and don’t ask questions… Eeeaaah! Targets are arbitrary and made up to appease investors, no one has ever hit target… ever… which shocked me (they will lie to you in the interview process). No benefits, an HR team that is fake and clueless. Where weekly slack messages of “leavers for the week” make you cringe and think about why you took this job or even why you are still there. All the positive posts are fake news… don’t underestimate Glassdoor reviews like I did. You have been warned. Putting lipstick on a pig doesn’t change that fact that it’s still a pig. The business has potential but with the people at the helm it’s on a one way ticket to mediocrity and as they call it, the grind, more like mental health grinder…people don’t leave jobs they leave managers…

Pros

Ok product and worked with some nice people

Cons

Where do I start.... I will The founder is super passive aggressive and makes everyone feel uncomfortable voicing their true opinion Leadership and founders use their industry experience to downplay your knowledge There is no success or blue print within sales. The environment is very TOXIC everyone is unhappy and there is a terrible culture There is no investment into sales culture or strategy or people It's a hire and fire environment average tenure is 3-4 months There is pressure from the top all the way down They will manage you out if you disagree with a strategy The founder is the only person that knows the product, they take over large enterprise deals so the sales team cannot get commission Nobody understands the commission structure There is no career opportunities or progression Very little earning potential and growth They invest very little into staff, everything is done on a shoe string budget or you are asked to cook at the Founders place They have hired a VP who has a militant and aggressive approach with massive ego The founders are focused on building to company to sell for acquisition by any means they have no regard for the daily objectives of an employee The VP and Founder enjoy publicly embarrassing people on conference calls this was done to me on a number of occasions They don't want to put the customer first there want to lock customers in 3 year contracts and agreements in a cost of living crisis The founders are focused on building their brands on Linkedin for personal benefit none of them care about employees. There always hiring and firing I am simply documenting my experience with this company

Pros

- Free lunch - Unlimited leaves - Friendly environment - Flexible working hours

Cons

- Improfessional - Working progress is very ambigous. You don't have a clear goal to achive - Doesn't have laptop scheme. You have to bring your own laptop to work. You can buy a laptop with the company support. But it's a 2 year of debt so think about it carefully before applying. - Managers are not "real" managers. Rather, they are just experienced employee worked here long enough to be a manager.
