It's a good place to work. Like any other work place they have their issues...work place drama eyc....the big difference is they are actively trying to improve, and I've noticed things getting better, slowly but still better.

Hire more support staff in dental

Seems to have a high employee turnover rate, needs better communication within the different departments to become more efficient and provide superior customer service and care
