Dedication to community and providing health care to all.
Cons
Benefits are terrible, many employees who work here must rely on local resources to help cover family needs.
Leadership does not act on organization-wide "anonymous" satisfaction surveys which pose the question of "What needs to change?"
Our supervisor went above and beyond for both patients and staff. There are some wonderful people I worked beside who were encouraging, patient, and helpful. Overall, I am grateful for the experience here.
Cons
The person who purported that there was too much toxicity also omitted the part where they were often the source of most of the gossip and drama. Overseeing DAs while antagonizing them behind their backs is not conducive to a healthy work environment and further divides the staff, which in turn, negatively impacts patients.
It's a good place to work. Like any other work place they have their issues...work place drama eyc....the big difference is they are actively trying to improve, and I've noticed things getting better, slowly but still better.
