Working at PayDo has honestly been a really great experience for me. From my very first days, everyone was super welcoming and friendly, which made it really easy to adapt and feel comfortable in the team. The atmosphere here is very supportive, and people are always ready to help each other with any questions or tasks. HRs and team leads are also always there when you need support or guidance, which makes the working environment even better. I also really appreciate how much I’ve learned during my time here. I continue gaining new knowledge, improving my skills, and getting more valuable experience every day. I truly see opportunities for growth and career development at PayDo, and that motivates me even more to keep learning and improving. Really happy to be part of such a great team and work with such amazing people 🤍

At the moment, I honestly don’t have any major cons to mention. My experience at PayDo has been very positive overall, especially because of the supportive team, friendly environment, and opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Nothing here is done without a clear purpose. Tasks do not appear out of nowhere — they are created to address specific cases or to improve existing processes. There are clear performance metrics, and everything is structured to make communication both within and across teams clear and efficient. So far, I have not encountered another company with such a well-defined workflow and such clarity around all related processes.

Overall, no major issues stood out. Everything, from the hiring process to day-to-day workflows, is either at a good level or well above average.
